HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PROCESSES ARE A GOOD FIT FOR AUTOMATION?
TLA offers evaluations and audit services where we will come to your facility for a walking tour to help spot and analyze opportunities that are well suited for automation.

WHAT APPLICATIONS OR PROCESSES LEND THEMSELVES BEST FOR AUTOMATION?
While most anything can be automated, TLA suggests approaching each application with an open-eye, looking for simplistic solutions that align to your specific needs while keeping within your designated budget.
With that said, high-volume low-mix (HVLM) and/or labor-intensive applications with repeatability are good candidates to be automated.
WHAT SUPPORT IS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM?
Designating an in-house person or team who will champion your automated systems is a great way to maintain your day-to-day operations (and tends to be the most successful approach seen with customers who want to implement automation within their facilities).
TLA is available for support as needed and/or can provide additional support (including training) if you’re not currently staffed to do so yourself.
We also maintain an extensive network of contacts with direct access to manufacturers to quickly help you solve product, application or service-related issues that may occur.

DOES TLA HAVE THE ABILITY TO PROGRAM REMOTELY?
Yes, we can program at our facility and send you the finished product, where you can then upload direct to your system (whether it be PLC, vision &/or robot) and be up and running within minutes.
WHAT PRODUCTS/COMPANIES DOES TLA REPRESENT OR WORK WITH?
TLA commonly uses the Brands featured on our website. We will gladly incorporate brands of your preference as well.
